I’m Liz Armour
An ISSA Elite trainer with specializations in nutrition, bodybuilding and yoga.
I’m also a self taught low flow pole dancer located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
NUTRITION COACHING
Nutrition coaching includes
•Properly counting calories
•Building meals
•Understanding serving size importance
•Learning how to set safe & effective macro goal
•Understanding how to read nutrition labels
•Understanding how to properly fuel your workout

9:30am-10:00am UPPER BODY TRAINING SESSION
10:00am-10:30am LOWER BODY TRAINING SESSION
11:00am-11:30am YOGA FLOW STRETCH
11:30am-12:30pm FULL BODY TRAINING SESSION
12:30pm-1:00pm CONSULT / ORIENTATION
